Sorry guys, but you're the closest I've got to some "intelligent" opinions biggrin

To cut a long story short, looking for a replacement TV for my current LG 42" smart led (42LS575T-ZD). Great TV tbh, but too small. Looking at maximum of 55".
Don't want 3d, or curved.

I like the LG as it's smart functions are very good. Got a budget of around £600ish. Could push a little higher.....

Any recommendations?

Thanks,

Dan

I've just brought a new TV for the bedroom.
We don't have Sky up there so the smart functions were the most important factor for us.
Panasonic was the only manufacturer we could find that had BBC iplayer, ITV HUB, All 4, Demand 5, Netflix and Youtube.
All the others had at least one missing! Not sure if that's important or not for you, if so it will narrow your search down a little smile

Thanks for this - thought I'd bump up for the weekend. Not bought yet, but it won't be long.

Ideally 4k, 55" Smart, non-curved and around £750 biggrin

Not asking for too much! biggrin

All of those are easily available for the cost of an Amazon fire stick. I don't think I would base my TV choice on that.
