Home Cinema Connection - Advice Needed!

Morning All,

I currently have the following system installed at home and would like to upgrade it using some Sonos equipment

Mac Mini (HTPC) c/w external Hard Drives
Marantz NR1501 Amp
Sky HD Box
PS3
Sony Bravia TV

Connections are all via the Amp which to be fair, we only use when using the Mac Mini for media (mainly downloaded films and TV shows) playback.

I'm looking to get a new LG OLED55B6V in January as well as a Sonos Playbar and Sub. I'm also contemplating removing the Mac Mini and replacing it with a NAS of some sorts. As such, am i correct in thinking the following is ok?

Playbar - via optical out on TV and ethernet cable from router
Playbar to Sub - via wireless connection
Sky HD Box - via HDMI to TV and ethernet cable from router
PS3 - via HDMI to TV and wireless connection to router
NAS - via ethernet cable to TV and ethernet cable to router.

I'd be replacing the functionality of the Mac Mini with the NAS and most likely the Plex App on the LG TV - although i'm open to other ideas if there are better suggestions.

Sonos have their first offer I think ever on the player and sub coming up. December only IIRC.
