Cordless headphones
Discussion
I'm after cordless hifi headphones - as in ones I can use with the 3.5mm headphone jack socket on my hifi separates, not bluetooth thingamies.
Can anyone suggest anything?
All I'm finding online, and when researching award winners etc is bluetooth stuff.
Or is the solution bluetooth headphones and some kind of device which connects to the headphone jack socket and then pairs with the bluetooth headphones?
A bluetooth solution would actually be pretty good because there is lots of choice! But what would be the range on a bluetooth solution (if there is one)? Would they work between different rooms?
Any advice? Thanks.

Sennheiser RS series comes to mind. Not sure if any would have jack input to the base, the Sennheisers have RCA and optical inputs.
As for Bluetooth, there are some little DACs for adding it as a source to a Hi-fi system, to play from a phone etc. I wouldn't know about the other way to headphones though, there might be one that allows that?
If you can do it that way, and Bluetooth headphones are then on the table, I know a bit about headphones but no experience of wireless; you can't go far wrong with pretty much any of the 'style cans' in the premium price range ~£200+ (P7s, Momentums, Beoplay H7/8 etc.) they are all good (maybe not Beats, but they have improved lately), and most have a wireless version. I wouldn't know how good once you add in the headphones own DAC though.
