Hey all

Does anyone know if this is possible please? I have an electronic drum kit and want to play along to music so would like to be able to plug both the kit and my iPod into one set of headphones both playing at once. Can someone point me in the direction of what I would need?

I'm sure I used to do this a few years ago with a simple adapter but now I'm thinking I might have dreamt it up!

You want to buy a cheap dj mixer, a 2 channel one will be fine.

It will amplify it properly and allow you control of the EQ and levels easily as well.

Oh and you will be able to put it through your stereo as well if you want.

Loads on eBay for £25.

Those adapters above a single source to two headphones.

You need a mixer for what you want to do.

Something like this?

I've used something similar for drummers who also sing, they have a foldback mix coming through but it lets them adjust their own vocal foldback level quickly and easily as well.
