Spinning and extending TV mount

Hi all.

I want to mount a TV into a wardrobe but to to this, i need a TV mount to spin the TV from landscape to portrait. The TV will be a 24" or if i can squeeze a 32" but it wont be any bigger as the depth of the space is about 60cm The mount also needs to be on an extendable arm

Does anyone know where i could purchase such a mount without spending a fortune?
