TV + external speakers - how do I make it all work together?

I have a reasonably decent, newish Toshiba TV, which has the standard crappy internal speakers, I also found the box I have some Monitor stand mounts in, which I would like to put to good use.

As i'm a technical luddite, basically I want to hook them up so they work with the TV, and I can stream Spotify through too.

I'm presuming some kind of bluetooth based amp, that connects all 3 together? If so, what am I looking for?

You can buy it without the speakers and if you want to play CD's can be bought with a cd drive too - CEOL N9
