Plasma screen Pioneer PDP503 50" 720p
Discussion
I have an old (around 2006) plasma screen that's sitting around now, and i wanted to know if it's worth selling, or if it should be dumped.
It's a 50" unit, but only displays 720p or 1080i. I have the media box, so it's all working, I was actually using it at the start of last year.
From what i understand, there is demand for the Kuro screen from Pioneer, but these ones did 1080p. I'm not sure about the 720p unit.

I have one of those, was amazing back in the day but a bit past it now. They can pull about £100 on eBay/Gumtree. It cost me a fortune new but technology has moved on. I've a Panasonic 1080p Plasma which doesn't really look any better despite the extra resolution, but I've also a new Panasonic 4K HDR screen that makes them both look like VHS.
Probably time to let them go.
