TV or Monitor for Xbox ONE X - Recommendations ???

Hope I'm posting this in the right place..

Looking at getting an Xbox ONE X soon, but holding off until I can find the right display for my games room setup.

Constraints.
- Can be either TV or PC Monitor.
- Space is tight, so no larger than 32"
- Will have Xbox ONE x, PS4 and PC hooked up to it, so minimum, needs 2 HDMI ports (2.0) with another connection for the PC.
- 4k
- HDR10
- Freesync
- Capable of 60 FPS or more
- < 5ms response time
- Not too concerned with screen type (VA, TN or IPS)
- Doesn't have to be available right now, but will ideally be out by the end of 2018
- Will be wall mounted, so VESA fixing is preferred.

Have a few examples, however, each has something missing (HDR from monitors and 4k missing from smaller TV's).. (I'm only using Amazon to track them)
