What amp (or other solution) for my setup?
Discussion
Hi
I currently listen to my music via my computer going through a Teac AG-790 that my dad gave me years ago. I am using a pair Mordaunt Short M10s. The signal from the computer goes via a 3.5mm to phono lead.
Can anyone recommend a more compact amp or a solution that is a little more elegant? All of my music is held locally on my computer.
My budget is limited say <£300.
Thanks

you'll probably see a big improvement by cutting the computer soundcard out of the equation as they aren't generally built with musical quality high on the priority list.

Alternatively this gets decent reviews for a lower budget.

NAD 3020 well thought of too.

Thanks everyone - lots to look at and research.
After a glowing review from Z reviews I am also now considering the TEAC AI-101DA.

ETA: Between the NAD and the TEAC I reckon.
