Domestic holographic TV
Discussion
Define 'hologram tech'.
There have been plenty of attempts to display moving 3D images in real time, but very few have been true holograms and there aren't any viable ones around at the moment.
There is a display technology which promises to come close, but whether it is scalable to a large screen is yet to be seen and it may not be good enough for some years to replace a high resolution conventional TV.
I doubt I'll see true holographic TV in my lifetime.
