This might be more for the legal forum, but I’ll try here to start with.

I’ve got a set of B&O noise cancelling earphones bought on Black Friday in 2016. Recently they’ve started having electrical problems where they drive Siri crazy with randomly activating her or pausing or fast forwarding songs. They work fine on anything but an iPhone.

B&O do a 2 year warranty so I sent them off for repair directly to B&O who then claimed they weren’t going to repair them due to physical damage. I asked what they meant and they’ve sent me a picture (and now returned the earphones) with one of the speakers hanging out of the cup only held on by the wires.

They say they’ve done an internal investigation with themselves and the courier and that they’ve concluded they were damaged by me.

Where can I go with this? I now have earphones that are in a worse state than before I sent them for repair. They’re not exactly cheap so I don’t want to just bin them and forget about it, especially when I’ve done nothing wrong.
