My only question is whether it does HDMI DTS passthrough and control over HDMI like my Sony?
I suppose I could always buy it and take it back if it's rubbish.

For the same money you could buy a 49" LG or 55" HiSense from Richer Sounds. Either would be a much better option IMO

Not sure if the HiSense is HDR but LG are knocking out the LG 49UJ634V 49" Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR LED TV for less than £400. HDR 10 and 100hz picture quality is great value for a budget tv.
