Daisy chaining devices - blow something up?
Discussion
I have absolutely no idea about speakers and things that connect to them. We just moved into a house and the previous owner fitted old (well, now old) Goodman CD/Radio tuners into the walls and connected them to external speakers. These need to be replaced but that is quite low on my list of things to do.
My daughter wants to stream music from her phone and there is space behind the Goodman to fit one of these: https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2...
If I daisy chain the output of that into the output of the Goodman (ie they will both be connected to the speakers) am I going to blow one or both of them up? And will it work?
Thanks for any help.

The amp you've bought off Amazon requires the left & right speaker cables must never be commoned (even the negative). If you connect this while the Goodmans is connected, you will blow the Amazon amp immediately, and there's every chance it'll take the speakers out as well.
You will also need a fairly hefty power supply to run that Amazon module (probably 12 - 24v DC @ 2amps)

No idea how you control the volume on the items you've linked, but presumably they have something.
It has an electronic volume control I think. (row of small control buttons on the front of the PCB)No idea how you control the volume on the items you've linked, but presumably they have something.
