Roofers near weston supermare

Need a bay window re leaded and a leak over kitchen ( suspect need tiles lifted and felt ‘sorted’) -made three agreed time/date appointments with firms to look and quote.

Only one turns up -why do they bother proposing the appt if they don’t turn up and dont communicate if they subsequently can’t make it. Never heard at all from the two of them after agreeing time date. Not exactly good business practise or customer service.

Any good roofers in or near Weston s mare- anyone? ....
