Does anyone know of a way of adding bluetooth to the above? Some sort of tech that plugs into the front connector that mimics an iPhone maybe?

Does such a device exist?

Cheers!

There are lots of quite good Bluetooth dongles about, its just a question of how to power them. Is there a USB socket?

Doesn't it already have Bluetooth? It's in the manual.

I have one of these too and haven't yet found a way to play music on it via Bluetooth so if you manage to do it, i'd be interested to know how.

O/T but have you had problems with the connector at the front? Mine has broken twice now and just won't even register when you dock an IPhone into it. There's a dodgy connection somewhere which I can't figure out.

If it's the Zeppelin Air and you have Spotify Premium you could use the AirSpot app.

Alternatively, https://www.layen-uk.com/i-DOCK-41-Bluetooth-Music... might work.

These have the old 30 pin iPhone connection yes?

I bought a 30 pin bluetooth receiver for a Bose system of Amazon which worked well. If you search 30 pin bluetooth receiver on there you will find lots of options.

Excuse the silly question but I've seen these and just assumed it would only work with a Bose system. Is that wrong, I'd like to be able to play Spotify on it via my Android phone.

Cheers!

I think different ones are sold for different products.

This one apparently will work - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bluetooth-adapter-for-B...

Also looks like they do some which use the aux in like this - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Bluetooth-Wireless-Receiv...

If they have an aux in then you’re in luck as there are loads of Bluetooth adapters that will do that.

The Zeppelin supports Airplay doesn’t it? Haven’t tried any myself but I think there are apps that let you stream from Android direct to Airplay (have seen Airspot & AirAudio mentioned). Might be worth trying? The sound quality ought to be better than Bluetooth.

Thank Greg and EJ74.

To clarify for some, the original Zeppelin has no wireless capabilities at all, hence the question.
