Sky Q Only downloads around 17%

As the title above , Our sky Q only downloads around 17% & 20% at best.

We have four boxes in the house & every box does this , Bloody frustrating it is

Anybody else have this problem & more importantly is there an easy fix ?

Yes, i was fearing that this would be the only option.

Try a proper power off (pull the plug) and restart.

Also go to your recordings, manage and permanently delete everything that's been marked as deleted.
Sometimes you get a glitch on the HD and this might fix it.

Sky will probably recommend a forced update or reset to factory defaults which may mean losing your recordings and schedules before they'll schedule a visit.
