Old Panasonic Plasma tv query

My trusty old plasma tv is showing some strange marks which appear to be on the inside of the glass and only really show when there is a light background; I hope the picture shows what's going on.

It's roughly 10 years old so owes me nothing but I'm reluctant to replace it whilst the picture is still stunning apart from the above. I'm assuming there's no cure and will eventually get to the point where it becomes unwatchable. I would be interested to hear any comments. Thanks.

Burn in I am guessing. My Panasonic Plasma ten years old and with under 200 hrs failed with 24 cms of screen edge not showing a picture. Nothing lasts forever.

Will be a sad day when my 50 inch VT30 stops working. Hoping for a few more years out of it yet.
