missing chanels

hi having problems with a new qled toshiba tv we are having to retune it more or less every day along with getting wierd coloured lines on it anyone have similar problems

Best you get to your nearest John Lewis and buy her the missing Chanel. Otherwise it could turn weird.

The weird coloured lines make it sound like the TV's not healthy - can you take a photo of them and post up?

I went through a spell of TVs needing retuning regularly. I am pretty sure the network were faffing about with transmission power of our mast. It stopped as suddenly as it went away.

It seemed to happen more on one multiplex at the time (the one BBC is on). If I tuned in, and then got rid of the BBC channels it was much more stable.
