LG B6 OLED TV Guide Stopped Working

I thought it would be worth asking here seeing as the LG B6 OLED has been a PistonHeads TV of choice!
When I hit the Guide button to bring up the EPG, I get a a message saying ‘unable to find any valid programmes’ and it doesn’t display any information. This seemed to happen yesterday as I’ve had the TV around 2 years and it’s been fine until now. It said about re tuning, so I did that but it made no difference. I’ve switched the power off at the wall and flicked it back on and that also made no difference. While I’ve found a few things online, none of them relate to the message I get.
If I’m on a TV channel, I can use the scroll wheel on the Magic Remote and it scrolls through the channels ok, they all seem to be there and the name of each station displays fine, it’s only in the EPG view that you can’t see any Programme information.
I’ve checked all the configuration details and it looks fine, setup for the UK etc, times, time zones are all good (a few issues seem to be fixed by doing this). The only thing I’ve not done is a factory reset. I’m reluctant to do that at the moment as I’ve not changed anything so don’t see what will change so wanted to ask the masses before resetting. Oh, software updates are all up to date and set to install automatically.
