Iomega screen play 500GB

I have an iomega screenplay a harddrive that connected to the tv and let me play films, however its started to play up, I pulled a few movies off to load up some new ones and the used memory size no longer adjusts so it wont let me add more films,

I tried to look for a new player but it seems that they are no longer made, I think that most TV's have a USB on them so there is no need. Mine doesn't have a USB... so pretty well stuck. Any ideas or anyone know where a harddrive media player can be found ?
