Odd iPlayer issue

Any ideas please.
When I attempt to access iPlayer it allows me through to main menu then gives the following message 'internet download failed because content size exceeds system memory limit'
However if I use the green button to view from start it works OK, likewise have no problem accessing YouTube etc

Cheapest solution is to buy an Amazon FireTV stick and use iPlayer from there - we had the same problem

What where you downloading on to?
Can you delete app and re-install?

Just trying to watch iplayer on Sony TV, it worked some weeks ago, and still works with 'press yellow button' to watch from start, as does YouTube app.
