Hi all.
First time posting in this section of PH but after some advice regarding a new tv and soundbar.
I think after doing some research i've narrowed the telly down to a LG 65" CX OLED but would the people in the know recommend a soundbar to accompany it. The room it's going in is quite large(8m x 4m) so i'm a little concerned that the tv's in built speakers won't be up to it.

Any advice (is there a better tv for the money) or recommendations much appreciated.

I have a q acoustics m3 soundbar with built in subwoofer for £150. Deeply impressive and the best at the price. Sound is loud and clear!

I have the Q Acoustics M2 Soundbase.. Bought it about 18 months ago, and sounds pretty good... especially the bass.

Looks a bit different than a Soundbar because it is narrower but taller. I think the Q Acoustic range is quite well regarded as they make good speakers too...

Ha how strange that its all Q Acoustics above. I have the Q Acoustic M4 soundbar and as echoed above they are great as a stand alone soundbar. I also have a sub £200 LG soundbar with sub and the M4 alone struggled to deliver the deeper base for films and music etc.

The M4 is very good as are Q acoustics in general, it just didn't deliver the low down explosion of the cheaper LG unit. In the end I bought the Q Acoustics 3070s subwoofer to run together with the M4 and all I can say is wow. Wow to the point that i struggled to get the subwoofer to sound balanced with the M4. When I got it balanced right it sounded amazing as good as I could expect for a 2:1 system.
