eBay. 99p auction, collection only.

Take to Currys or other store that offer free recycling.

Dump.

<<Is it worth anything at all?>> No.

<<how do i get rid of it?>> take it to the local tip. You will add yours to the enormous pile of wee (waste electrical equipment) already there and waiting to be 'mined' for anything useful/valuable.

Put it out front of the house with a sign - "TV for sale - £75"

Some scrote will be away with it in 5 minutes and its no longer your problem

It’s got value to someone with low morals: buy a broken tv for x amount, claim on insurance, get a new tv!

Or just tip it.

If it's only screen that's cracked, the electronics inside are still of value.

Id say leave it with the bins but the Romanian/bulgarian regd vans that used to come on bin days to swoop up just about anything with salvageable metal in it seem to have vanished - I'm told most of what they took went to eastern Europe for breaking down so maybe its a brexit thing. Sorry.
