I'm not a TV expert but need a good TV for the kitchen and this seemed good value. Any thoughts. It's just for the kids and soaps no cinema etc. Also as these TV's are so thin is a sound bar required to get decent sound?

I should add that we don't sit head on to the TV so is this it what is the best panel type to be looking at?
