LG SMART TV no signal from Sky dish for Freesat

Had a Samsung SMART TV that worked fine with one of the two F cables that is coming from a sky dish. Now changed to an LG SMART TV and neither of the cables is working - the TV cannot locate any programmes
Do i need to replace the LNB? ive tried various permutations of tuning the TV but nothing is working[url]
