Morning has anyone had any problems on the sky q platform with channels missing from the tv guide? seems this is a long standing problem and means anything you want to record does not appear i have tried the reboot route but still the same if anyone has a solution it would be great to hear it thanks.

Factory reset your Sky Q box.
To complete a factory reset: Press the Home button on your Sky Q remote, highlight Settings then press 0,0,1 and Select. Select Reset and scroll to Factory reset.
A warning message will advise all existing and planned recordings will be deleted.
