Hello everyone! I love music and in the kitchen when I cook lunch or dinner, I listen to my playlist through JBL Charge, but I would like to get better sound, I want to find a small good stereo system https://theguruchoice.com/audio-equipment/best-sma... These guys recommend a Denon system D-M41 Will it sound better than my JBL speaker?

If the source is streamed would it be worth considering a pair of 4th Gen Echo's set up as a stereo pair? On special at £60 at the moment?

That Denon has speakers made by Mission. It's a proper bit of HiFi kit.
I have one and it blows your Sonos/Alexa/Nest/even my Bose soundlink out of the water.

I don’t think a kitchen is a great environment for a hifi system. I prefer ceiling speakers and a small sub hidden in a cupboard. My Monitor Audio ceiling speakers powered by a Sonos Amp and small sub offer fantastic sound and is virtually invisible.

Nothing gets dusty, greasy and nothing ever needs moving to clean.

Yup, I stuck a couple of ceiling speakers into my kitchen, with the centre of the field focused around the hob, and it's been brilliant.

Thought it would be a bit of a gimmick. Nope.

The addition of the subwoofer in the boiler cupboard was well worth it, £125 well spent.
