Play a variety of genres. CD and streaming DAB. Have a budget of upto £10k. Have been looking at Cyrus but am a little offput by stories of reliability issues.

Can anyone recommend any other manufacturer? Ideally would like all from one make, but not essential.

TIA.

I moved from Cyrus to a gen 1 naimuniti. The new unitis are excellent despite being one box. The Star gives you CD replay, the Nova is the daddy but you'll need a CD transport. I'm sure they can be fitted with a DAB module (you'll need to check) but all my radio is done via streaming. The naim app is finally a good one and blows play-fi and the like out of the water.

I'm hunting for the replacement for my naimuniti and like you I need streaming and CD. Shortlist is the Star, Nova + transport, Lyngdorf 1120 + transport, Hegel 120 + transport. I've auditioned the Audiolab contenders (far too sibiliant and the play-fi app is kak), Arcam duo of SA30/CDS50 which I quite liked but the app let them down, and the Cambridge Audio CX81/CXC/CXN gear (out of the running as the 81 can't do AV bypass).
