Family music streaming for under 13s

I had a google music family subscription which worked well as my 10yr old could play music on a smart speaker.
Google then replaced that with YouTube music for which you have to be 13, so he can now only listen to the radio.

Its nearly been a year, and Google haven't fixed it, so it is time to change.

Any recommendations?

Can you use a family membership on Spotify or Deeza?

I do this and can't ever recall any age restrictions.

My two children have had SONOS speakers for around 7 years now.
