Thinking about a new TV with integrated satellite receiver rather than the current separate receiver.
Would it be likely to have a HDMI out for my projector?
We have so many remotes that another one might challenge my wife's patience...
and I've tried to get her to learn the All-In-One controller - no way!

Audio, yes, video, unlikely. Link the TV model and we can look at the specs.

Shame Logitech is abandoning the remote market because the Harmony range are 100% wife friendly and come with a "help" button to sort out any kit-sync issues.

Haven't looked at TVs yet as, if it is/was possible then I would select from what ever is available.
On the basis of your answer it looks like I will have to split the satellite signal, I am using a SCR LNB so that isn't a problem, then paint the TV/Receiver remote pink and all the others blue!

Most new TVs will allow the remote to learn another remote too (Set top box, satellite etc).

Some do for sure - but often the functionality is limited. Almost certainly there will be the odd essential button on the device being controlled that is missing from the TV remote - even when the control is via HDMI out. As another poster said it's a shame that Logitech have dropped the Harmony which was the only satisfactory solution I have found to the problem of multiple remotes for multiple devices.

I've not seen a TV with HDMI out.

What satellite receiver do you have? If you want 'Freesat' then check the TV does support that, my 2 year old Panasonic OLED has a sat receiver but it's not 'Freesat', no programme order and no epeg.

Why can't you use an aerial and Freeview?

My Sony A9 automatically turns on (supported) devices when that HDMI is selected as input. The "TV" buttons (mostly) then control the device rather than the TV. It works and all functions on my Panasonic recorder are available via the TV remote - but some functions require a rather convolute set of button presses to the point where my wife (quite reasonably) prefers to use the Harmony 650

It's a bit complicated.. I am in Germany and I have two motorised dishes and associated receivers and distribution cables.... One for her 90cm and a big one for for me 120cm. You can see why she doesn't like it. Anyhow the plan is her dish on the tv and mine on the projector. I don't "watch" much tv I just like playing with technology. She doesn't. Strange eh.

So you were hoping for a TV with the two different specific satellite boxes built in, that has HDMI switching and pass through like an AV amp? Just as a starter?
It could never be a thing.

I would suggest wiring both satellite receivers to a suitable AV amp with twin HDMI outputs.
Add whatever speakers you feel you can live with.
Find a Harmony Ultimate / Elite on eBay and program to suit.

Definitely not! They don't exist smile
No it has to be two totally different systems now but as you suggest going though a common amp.
