Custom In Ear Tips

I have some Sony WF1000 - XM4 and can't get comfortable with the ear tips. The medium are a little too small and the large become uncomfortable after a while. Can anybody recommend a custom ear tip?

Not custom, but have you looked at comply - they are very good in my experience.
