Are they any good? I quite like the idea of having one in the garage and getting rid of all my CDs that are cluttering up the place.
Are they worth the money and are they more than just a CD ripper?

I have a b2 and love it..

Also plays internet radio and can be controlled from your phone or pad.

I have one as well. Great little things. I used to run mine straight to the speakers but then added a small amp (Tangent ampster 2) to fill out the sound.
You can also Bluetooth the sound to speakers around the house.

I never really saw the point of them....but recently wanted to get a BB1. Look like cracking little units.

But no alarm function, so no use as a bedside unit.

(None of which is especially relevant )

No. Just several sets of hard wired speakers with a 4 way switch unit.
