Compact amplifier for TV

I've got a Samsung TV in the dining room, with a Monitor Audio ceiling speaker - left and right channels in a single unit.
For quite a few years I've been using it with a Denon microsystem, but it went pop yesterday, so I'm looking for a new amplifier.
It's only really used with the TV, so no need for a CD player/tuner, but having a Bluetooth input might be useful.
The Denon amp was connected to the headphone output of the TV via a 3.5mm to RCA cable. Headphone outputs seem to be disappearing from TVs, so an optical or HDMI input might come in handy in the future.
IR remote for the volume is essential, so that I can control it from my Harmony Hub remote.
Black finish would suit the decor better than silver, and it needs to be relatively compact.
What's out there for up to the price of a secondhand Denon microsystem (£150-ish)?
