Ive just discovered that my new tv has a record function via usb, What sort of size disc should i be looking at getting, i cant imagine using if much, maybe the odd film, obviously smaller = cheaper but i dont want to have to get a bigger one later on.
I dont have any spare hd's or sticks to try it out.

Downloaded films at top quality can be in the 50-80gb range depending on length.

1Tb is the size of my EE Pro Box and seems about the norm.

True, but ive had them fail in the past, so dont really trust them, this is something i want to fit and forget, if you know what i mean, but yes they are cheap, im amazed how cheap memory has got in the last few years.
