LG OLED B5 - self dimming on UHD - aaaarrrrggghh!!!!

Hi, I need an idiots guide to switch off this major irritant. When I first go to Sky Sports 1 UHD the picture is bright and good then after a little time it dulls way down. I’ve got OLED pixel brightness at 100, adjust contrast at 100, auto dynamic contrast at low, peak brightness high and dynamic tone mapping on.

Possibly the TV acting on an HDR signal?
If so, see if you can turn off or adjust the HDR in settings?

Turn OFF Logo Luminance Adjustment (or equivalent)...normally under Settings, All Settings, Picture, OLED Care, OLED Panel Care.

Disable Energy Saving

Disable AI / Eco brightness controls

Dynamic Tone Mapping → Off or HGIG

As above it’s likely the TV switching to HDR. This has its own settings so when it’s in HDR mode you need to do the adjustments
