ANC Headphones for extended use

Currently working in an open plan environment and my AirPods Pro 2 aren't cutting it for calls as there's too much bleed around the earpiece picking up people sitting next to me who are often in the same call

Looking for recommendations for noise cancelling headphones, in ear or over head, for extended wear (ie don't get you too hot an sweaty), sound quality not primary concern as will mainly be using them for calls, though nothing that sounds like a tin can as will use for audio via Bluetooth occasionally. Have heard the AirPods 3 are better, but no reason to stick with Apple if something better out there....

Always thought orgs should invest in ways of delivering soundproof cubicles on a larger scale rather than just a few dotted around office environments. Especially since covid, the increase in virtual meetings and reduction in office space demand.

Way back in the early '00s I had an American style desk cubicle, they were 8ft high which helped to some degree but limited social interaction... There's some really weird stuff out such as Tomoko, Helmfon, but I would be throwing it back at the employer/client to provide a more suitable workplace for the current operating model, not forking out for my own tech. If you are self-employed then I would pick better contracts if you can.
