Faulty Panasonic SA-BTT505 home cinema system

Hope someone can provide some advice.
As per title, I've a Panasonic SA-BTT505 5.1 home cinema system. It's several years old but until recently still perfectly fine.
Over the last few months it needed more an more hard resets (power cycles) to clear freezing issues. Now it's totally unresponsive, freezing on power up at the 'Hello' message.
Some googling suggest that the flash memory is likely fried which sort of makes sense due to the progressive way it deteriorated.
As it's an all in one system I can't just replace the receiver due to only 3 ohm speakers.
Can anyone recommend an official Panasonic repairer please?
As an alternative, has anyone used hyperfi.co.uk as they are quoting an entry level Yamaha HTR-2866 and 5.1 speaker bundle for £299.99, any advice please?

Usually all these things (including the Panasonic box I have) fail with bad capacitors making them temperamental, flash seems unlikely as the firmware would either be good or not and it doesnt exactly have to work hard in these units.
Progressive failure could easily be dying caps, they quite often the work until one day they're too far gone then give up. Or in the case of servers, the day you turn it off and it won't turn back on.
Not sure I can recommend a repairer though there's lots around, I've just DIYd things when I've had to. Mostly looking for the bulged/split/burnt/exploded bits either points to a culprit or to the scope of repair.

Yes, capacitors also a likely cause. I used to test electronics many, many years ago but I always had the circuit diagram to follow. I didn't think I'd be able to unsolder flash memory chips, but caps I could.
