Help with home fuse capacity

I m looking for some help from an electrician if there is one on here.
We re in the middle of a full home renovation and moving our electric meter from one side of the house to the newly built garage. The cost of this is £1,400
I was also offered an upgrade to three phase which was an extra £200, but it appears this was a fault and the actual cost is £11k, or £6k if I do all private and public excavations myself.
My current fuse is 80a, although weirdly in a 100a case, but I ve seen a picture of it and it s definitely 80a.
I ve been asked to work out my home load rating to see if that will be enough. Apparently SP energy networks no longer install 100a on single phase for health and safety reasons.
Can anyone help me work out what my KVA will be? I think they call it an average rating, ie not all items will be on a once, but what it s the likely highest demand I ll need.
We re having a 10kwh (output) heat pump installed, along with a home car charger 7kwh and then battery and solar.
Apparently I need to take into account what will be on at any one time, ie heat pump and hob, or battery and car charger. But they operate at different times of the day so won t be all on together.

Search for something like "DNO Demand Calculator" & you should get numerous sites. This is one which might be worth a try - you have to add circuits to the DB/CU:

Changing your 80A fuse to a 100A fuse will be a lot cheaper than installing three phase.
You need to get your electrician to confirm your meter tails are at least 25mm2 and then install a new consumer unit rated to 100A.
You can request the upgrade from your DNO who will then arrange a site visit.

It just seems crazy that my only option is to scrape by on 80a, or more realistically, have to upgrade to three phase for £££.
