Movable wall bracket for plasma + soundbar

Does such a thing exist, or can it be fabricated?

I want my Denon soundbar mounted directly under my Panny 37" plasma so that it is always pointing in the same direction as the tv.

Best to manufacture 2 small steel plates and attach these to the wall mount and bar...Almost like a meccano strip
