Free Sat HD Installation

Had a quick search but couldn't really find what I was looking for..

Just wondered if anyone knew how to install a freesat hd box? Is it simply just a coax cable from the normal arial cable in the wall from the dish? Or is there more to it? Looking at picking one of these boxes up at the weekend if its simple enough?

If you've got a dish that was setup to recieve Sky, yes its as simple as a box swap.

So just a simple arial cable swap? no phones lines etc? as the freesat box will be upstairs whereas sky is downstairs..

The Freesat needs to plug in to a sky dish not an aerial.
