currently we have sky plus downstairs and sky multiroom upstairs (using the old box).

I am planning a new "study" (actually it is where I will go to hide, watch Tv, play games and drink beer :-)) and would like to have one TV, several PCs, DVD player (maybe Blu-ray) - but all viewable through the TV, plus ideally sky plus (or other way of recording from sky channels?)

I may or may not go HD - not decided yet - is it worth it yet?

Apologies if these are basic questions but this area is just not my strong point!

that is more or less exactly what I have in mind - although the beer fridge looks a bit lightweight :-)
