Hide my wires pls!

Right, I need an electrician/builder/whatever, to hide cables and generally tidy up my Hi-Fi + AV install. Nothing too complex for someone in the trade, but I don't want to "project manage" it myself, i'm too busy. It will require sockets installing, cable chasing, bit of woodwork, bit of plaster board, bit of paint. I'm very detail orientated so it has to be right else i'll have a fit, then my misses will have a fit, which will induce another from me. Job is in Central London, N1.
