Is it any good - free Blueray player and the usual 5 year JL warranty.

Anything else you would recommend? Cant be bigger than 32"...

Not tried one of those models but can highly recommend the Samsung UE range of LED TV's.

They have some nice features and a cracking picture.

If a 32" is all you're considering, then I see no need to spend stupid money on one - irrespective of brand.
http://www.johnlewis.com/230576580/Product.aspx - last season's top of the range model, with almost £200 saving (more if you check other sites for their prices!).
Unless you're sat 3' from it, you will notice next to nothing between that, and the LED backlit one you linked to.
Assuming you can't go bigger, into Plasma territory, then that or the HD Ready X20 (current season model) at an even bigger saving will be sufficient.
