Getting Eurosport on Freesat help?????

Hi,

If there any Freesat experts out there that can help out I would be grateful!

I have a communal satellite dish supplying my flat, and I believe if I get a freesat box, I can tamper with it to get a European channel supplying Eurosport.

My question is would I need to get the satellite adjusted or would the normal domestic positioning allow me to receive that channel?
