Another Panasonic question!! 50 inch plasma...
Discussion
I'm going to get a Panasonic 50" plasma. I had planned on getting a G20, but couldn't help noticing that there is an S21 that can to be had for £675.

I saw this is a store at the weekend and have to say I wasn't blown away by the quality (even though it appeared to be playing from a blu ray source), but then the G20 in the same store didn't look that great either. Maybe set up badly? To be honest the G20 looks pretty good value at under a grand but just wondered if anyone knew what the score was with the S21? Is it dramatically inferior technology? Is the G20 worth the extra?

S21 is the S20 but made for them so people can't price match.
Might be one or two other changes in specs, but not for the better, in all likelihood.
You can compare the specs of the S and G on Panasonic's site, then decide if the extras on the G are worth having/paying for.
Same panel in both models, but G has screen filter which adds to the higher contrast ratio.
