Shopping around I can currently get the 37G20 for £570 and the 37S20 for £470, both including 5 year warranty.

Is the 37G20 woth the extra £100.

Do you like or need the extra features the £100 gets you?

The only thing Iam considering is the picture quality worth the extra money.

I recently brought a TXL37G20 and am very happy with it.

I beleive the G20 has a few extras over the S20 ontop of the slightly improved picture quality;
1- Built in Freesat HD (plus the Freeview HD which S20 has)
2- Playback media via USB memory sticks & drives (S20 only has an SD card slot)
3- Record to above devices using the listing guide to auto-record even with TV in standby
4- Access media stored on your computer (not sure if S20 can do this)

With a wired network connection you'll be able to access BBC iPlayer (and ITV's version at some point) plus YouTube.
