panasonic 50vt20b user advise

After reading up on 3d tvs hear I went and got as title tv. Now that I have it and have spent some time playing with the settings. What are the best setting to run the tv on? Wilst watching 3d blue-ray or 3d gaming?

Any other advise on setting up the tv would be greatly received.

can the panny upscale non 3d to to kind of 3d ?
