Budget LCDTV with USB slot

Hi, Hope you can help.

I need to buy a TV around 19' that we can use as a digital picture frame at an upcoming trade fair and an office TV/Picture frame at work. I've seen the Toshiba 19DV500B which seems to have a USB port but I cant find any info to suggest it will play digital pictures from a USB stick.

I dont want to spend too much £150 is about right.
Any help or suggestions are appreciated!
