Help! Mum has mucked up her Grundig telly settings

Can anyone please help me with this?

My 83 year old Mum has somehow mcuked up the settings on her Grundig GUVCD 2800 digital TV (old style CRT). She is getting a blue screen showing a countdown timer - going from something like 4:50 then counting down. When it gets to zero, she gets a black screen.

I'm not on the door step, otherwise I would shoot straight over and her see (just got home from there!). She's confused about settings, remote etc, and I can't get much coherent out of her about how this has happened, other than "she pressed all the buttons". I don't have a manual to hand - in fact, I had to order her a paper copy (not that she understands it).

Any ideas I could try with her over the phone please?

She has probably switched it to an AV input, AV1 or AV2, the Scarts. As there is no signal to those inputs the TV goes to sleep after 5 mins.

She needs to get it back onto Digital TV, there could be a TV button, or a Source button, try those.
