Sky HD automatically substituting HD channel?

OK so I've just got my proper Sky HD box and set it all up.

http://c0365500.cdn2.cloudfiles.rackspacecloud.com... explains what I'd been told, which is that most channels are showing HD on the same channel number that the SD channels used to be on.

Does anyone know why BBC/ITV/Five aren't applicable here please?

With BBC I'm assuming it's because when I've watched things like Breakfast in HD, when it switches to the regional sections it just tells you to go watch it in SD as they aren't broadcasting local stuff in HD - same goes for ITV I imagine but Five?

Its nothing clever its just sky have moved most of the HD channels up the planner but not all of them. Its not based on how much you watch them.
